Once you secured your booking, please email info@juu-illustration.com to discuss your design idea: in the unfortunate case that Joana can't execute your idea or you are not happy with the design, you will be fully refunded.
Design: It is important that your design request meets with Juu’s drawing style - realistic drawings or recreations of already existing characters from movies, comics, cartoons and so on, will not be accepted. Sorry!
The custom designs are only available in retangular shape (as seen on the images), we are not able to do the custom mirror in other custom shapes.
You will have the chance to give up to 2 rounds of feedback, so it is important that you are as detailed as possible. Completed and approved designs will not be reworked later on.
These are made to order so the turnaround time is 2-4 weeks.
